Ready to apply?
The Learning Tree is always accepting applications for enrollment. If we have an opening, we will reach out to families on our waitlist to offer available spots. Please download and complete the Application Form. Forms can be returned via email to director@learningtreelyn.com. Once the application is received we will send the $100 application and enrollment fee invoice through Procare.
